Because our amigurumi patterns are digital products delivered instantly via download, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
However, we want you to love making your new plushie friend, so we do offer exceptions and support under the following conditions:
Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same pattern more than once in separate transactions, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase. While we cannot issue cash refunds, we will happily offer you store credit or swap the duplicate out for a different pattern of equal value!
Pattern Support & Skill Levels
We design our patterns to be beginner- or intermediate-friendly. If you get stuck on a stitch, need clarification on a step, or just need a little extra guidance, please don't hesitate to ask! We are always here to help you successfully finish your project.
